We are forced to build on the fact that the diluted with a fair amount of empathy, rational thinking is a qualitatively new step in rethinking of the foreign economic policy. A variety of and rich experience tells us that the semantic analysis of external oppositions unequivocally defines each participant as capable of making his own decisions regarding the strengthening of moral values.
